A MeMeA 2023 Special Section of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement will be published to promote the most significant results presented at the conference.
All papers which were accepted, registered, and presented at MeMeA 2023, and which will appear in the MeMeA 2023 proceedings in IEEE Xplore, are eligible to submit an extended version to the MeMeA 2023 Special Section in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM). Each manuscript shall be within the scope of the TIM (click to see Scope of Transactions) and based on a paper published in the MeMeA 2023 Proceedings. Moreover, the manuscript MUST be technically extended beyond the scope of the proceedings paper, in terms of the overall TECHNICAL content and research results.
Special Section manuscripts may ONLY be uploaded in the period of: September 3, 2023 to September 16, 2023
Please DO NOT try to submit your papers before this date, because the MeMeA Special Section folder in the submission system will not be available.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SCOPE
Every year, a portion of submitted papers to the MeMeA Special Section in TIM are rejected immediately, without going to review, because they do not frame their writing in the context of Instrumentation and Measurement. To better understand this context, authors are referred to the following free magazine paper, especially its “TIM Guidelines for Medical Related Papers” section:
